Travis Baysinger

Director of Corporate Planning

Travis began his journey with Silgan in 2009 as a Management Trainee. He has worked at five different Silgan plants covering multiple technologies with positions of increased responsibility, including Plant Manager at the Lyon, NY. On August 1st, 2021, Travis was promoted to Director of Corporate Planning. His proven leadership skills and background will provide an excellent platform for leading the Corporate Planning group amid the dynamic environment we find ourselves in today.

Jorge Garibay

Journeyman Press Mechanic, Riverbank, CA

Jorge joined Silgan Containers in 2010 as a General Labor. In 2012, James participated in the Press Mechanic Trainee Program and was promoted to Journeyman Press Mechanic. James values the opportunity that Silgan provided him and takes pride in coming in to work each day, producing an essential product that helps feed Americans and people around the world.

James Crosswhite

Plant Assistant Superintendent

James started at Silgan Containers as a Mechanic Trainee in 2005. Through extensive training, he became Journeyman Maintenance Electrician. An opportunity to join Silgan’s Management Development Program resulted in a promotion to Production Supervisor and, most recently, Assembly Assistant Superintendent. James had supportive mentors and teammates to guide him along the way. James’ training through Silgan University has been a critical factor in his development as a leader.

Brandon Gurka

Warehouse Foreman

Brandon started at Silgan Allentown in 2018. He graduated from Kutztown University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Brandon began as a Lift Truck Operator and quickly transitioned to the position of Warehouse Lead. In 2020, he was promoted to Warehouse Foreman, overseeing the warehouse’s day-to-day operations.
