To ensure that we can confidently deliver against our customer’s daily changing expectations, we implemented company-wide measures to safeguard our employees and our operations in February.
We are constantly monitoring the situation and adapting our practices based on local and federal government guidelines, advice from various health officials, and our own learning experiences.
Our protocols have been reviewed by local authorities as well as outside experts to ensure we are doing everything we should to achieve our three main objectives:
- Keep the virus out of our facilities
- Keep our employees safe
- Maintain the continuity of our operations
We feel that our measures give us the best opportunity to maintain the safety of our employees, the condition of our plants and responsiveness to the supply chain.
